Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern the access to and use of the RayKom Platform (the "Platform"). By browsing the Platform or creating an account, you accept these Terms without restriction or reservation.

2. Establishment accounts

To create an establishment account, you must provide exact and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of the access credentials communicated to you and for all activity carried out through your account. You undertake to use the Platform only for purposes related to the activity of your establishment.

3. Codes and credentials

Upon registration, a unique establishment code is communicated to you. This code must be stored carefully and is your responsibility. If you lose it, we cannot be held responsible for the consequences, but we will help you recover it upon request.

4. Acceptable use

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• provide accurate information and not impersonate a third party;
• not publish illegal, defamatory, infringing or otherwise harmful content;
• not attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its users;
• respect the rights and privacy of other users and of the Platform.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Certain features may require an active subscription with a paid pack. Subscription prices, payment methods and the features attached to each pack are presented to you before any commitment. As established by Algerian regulations, the Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of non-payment.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform, its design, texts, logos, graphic elements and software are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without our prior written authorisation is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

The Platform makes its best efforts to ensure the availability and quality of the service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages.

8. Suspension and termination

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account, without prejudice or notice, in the event of a violation of these Terms or of applicable law.

9. Amendments

These Terms may be amended at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of your use of the Platform. Any substantial change will be notified on the Platform.

10. Governing law

These Terms and the use of the Platform are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute relating to the Platform falls, as the case may be, under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Algeria.
