1. Who we are

RayKom ("the Platform", "we", "us") enables establishments to register, manage their public profile, promote their offers and communicate with their customers. This Privacy Policy explains what data the Platform processes when you browse or use its services.

2. No collection of personal data

The Platform does not collect personal data from browsing visitors. You can freely browse the public pages of the Platform without providing your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, address or any other personal identifier, unless you voluntarily choose to register an establishment account or to subscribe to a newsletter.

3. Data collected for statistical purposes

To guarantee the proper functioning of the Platform and improve the quality of the services offered locally, the Platform may process aggregated and anonymous statistical data (for example: volume of visits, pages consulted, countries and regions of connection, technical characteristics of the terminal used). This data is processed solely for statistical purposes related to the local functioning of the Platform and cannot be used to identify a person.

4. Compliance with Algerian Law No. 18-07

The Platform operates in accordance with Algerian Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 relating to the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data, as amended and supplemented, in particular by Law No. 25-11 of 24 July 2025, and with the decisions of the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).

In this respect, and within the limits of the data described above:

• the processing carried out by the Platform is limited to what is strictly necessary for its local functioning;
• this data is hosted in Algeria and is not transferred outside the national territory;
• we implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure its security and confidentiality;
• in no case is this data used for commercial prospecting of non-professional visitors.

5. Data of establishment accounts

When an establishment creates an account, it voluntarily provides the information necessary for its registration (name, telephone number, optional email address). This information is used only to operate and display the establishment's professional profile on the Platform. The establishment may also invite its customers to leave feedback on its services voluntarily.

6. Your rights

In accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular Algerian Law No. 18-07, you have the right to be informed, the right to access, the right to rectify, the right to object to the processing of your data, and the right to request the deletion of data concerning you. You may exercise these rights at any time by contacting us at the address indicated below.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect the data processed by the Platform against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorised access.

8. Changes to this Policy
